Boil the penne and chill it until it is firm to the bite.
Cut the onions into small cubes and fry them in olive oil and tomato paste. Chop the garlic with the addition of salt and squeeze to form a paste. Also add to the onions. Add the washed and slightly smaller rocket (remove long stalks beforehand) and fry a little. Then add the can of tomato pomodoro seasoned with salt and pepper and season with herbs.
Combine the penne and rocket tomato sauce, place in a baking dish, pluck the mozzarella and place on top. Now in the oven until the mozzarella has melted well (about 10 minutes) and delicious.
