Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Steam the spinach leaves in a little water, drain in a sieve and cut into small pieces. Also cut the ham into small pieces, heat the butter and briefly fry the ham in it. Add the cream and let it boil briefly. Stir in the egg yolks, then add the spinach, pepper and salt. Add some grated cheese if necessary. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and place in a baking dish. Pour the spinach and ham sauce over it, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
