Cook the pasta. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the ham into small cubes, then fry in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the cream, then the tomato paste. Now let it simmer a little until it is slightly creamy.
Put the pasta in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Scatter the grated cheese on top. Bake the casserole for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees, until the cheese is nice and brown.
