Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Cook in 500 ml vegetable stock until al dente, drain and collect the stock. Dice the ham.
  2. Peel and dice the onions. Sweat in butter until translucent, then dust with flour and fry for a short time. Slowly add the vegetable stock and always stir well with the whisk so that there are no lumps.
  3. Cook for another 5 minutes. Possibly add a little more water. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Stir in the bechamel sauce.
