Bring water to a boil in a larger saucepan. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mash the tofu with a fork. Cut the tomato into small pieces. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Put the pasta in the water and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli to the pasta and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then drain the pasta and broccoli through a sieve.
Meanwhile, sear the tofu in a very hot pan with a little olive oil. The tofu has to be nice and crispy. Deglaze the whole thing with soy sauce. Add the canned tomatoes, tomato paste and tomato pieces to the tofu, bring to the boil and then remove from the stove.
Now layer the pasta with broccoli and the sauce in a baking dish and sprinkle the mozzarella cubes on top. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the mozzarella is browned.
