Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water. Bring the broccoli to the boil in salted water, remove from the heat and let it steep for 10 minutes in a closed saucepan.
  2. In the meantime, dice the boiled ham. Bring the cream to the boil, add the creme fraiche and the processed cheese and cook at a low temperature, stirring constantly, until the cheese and creme fraiche have dissolved. Then season the sauce with fondor and nutmeg.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Now put the tortellini in a baking dish, then spread the broccoli and the ham on top. Now comes the sauce and finally the cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted well.
