Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and drain. Cut the meat sausage into small pieces.
  2. Mix the sour cream and egg yolks together. Add salt, pasta and sausage. Beat and fold in the egg whites.
  3. Grease a baking dish with margarine. Add the ingredients and sprinkle with the grated parmesan. Baked in a preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees until the cheese is golden brown.
