Pasta casserole is a simple and hearty dish that even a poor student can afford, and an absolute beginner in the kitchen can afford in terms of culinary skills. It’s very simple – cook it once and you will never forget how to make a pasta casserole.
Boil 1 liter of water, add salt. Boil the pasta. Transfer the pasta to a baking dish, add the chopped butter.
Break eggs, add sugar and vanillin (optional). Beat the mixture well.
Turn on the oven to warm up. Heat the milk. Add milk to the egg and sugar mixture and pour over the pasta mixture. Place the casserole in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the pasta casserole for 20-25 minutes – until golden brown.
Leave the prepared casserole in the turned-off oven for another 5-10 minutes. When the casserole is cool, cut it into portions. Sprinkle icing sugar on the pasta casserole if you like.
