Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water. Cut the zucchini lengthways with the peeler into wide, long strips. When the kernels become visible, stop. Do not use this. Add the zucchini strips to the pasta water for the last 4 minutes and cook with them.
  2. Stir the horseradish cream cheese with the milk in a saucepan until smooth and warm up. Season with salt and pepper. Add the herbs and stir everything.
  3. Drain the pasta / zucchini mixture and mix in a bowl with the herb sauce. Serve quickly on plates.
  4. Please do not do without the cress, it is responsible for the extraordinary taste.
