Put on the pasta water and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Fry the salami slices in olive oil briefly on both sides and then cut into strips.
The tomato should be peeled first and then cut into small pieces.
To do this, scratch the tomato and simply put the simmering pasta water briefly, then it can be easily peeled. Also cut the bell pepper into small cubes, as well as the onion and the clove of garlic.
Now sauté the onion and garlic, then add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then add the peppers and tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add honey, cream cheese, paprika powder, oregano, cayenne pepper and the milk and stir everything in well. Season everything with salt and pepper.
The salami strips can now be added to the sauce or later spread over the pasta to serve.
