Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet, drain, rinse and drain.
  2. Cut the ham into small pieces. Thaw frozen vegetables in a sieve.
  3. Heat butter in a pan, add frozen vegetables and sauté in it for 5 minutes. Wash tomatoes, cut in half, remove stalk and seeds. Cut the tomato into cubes.
  4. Mix the vegetables, tomatoes, pasta and ham together and pour into the greased recesses of the muffin tin.
  5. Mix the eggs, cream and cheese, season with salt and pepper, mix in the herbs and pour into the molds as a topping. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Take the form out of the oven, let it rest briefly in the tray and remove it from the form.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
