Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. For the sauce, dice the onion and ham and sauté in hot olive oil. Make sure that neither the onion nor the ham turn brown. Season a little with salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Bring 100 ml of water to the boil and stir in the vegetable stock. Add the peas. Let simmer for 1 minute. Add the cream and keep cooking. Add the tomato pieces and add the processed cheese, onions and ham. Simmer for about 7-10 minutes, stirring repeatedly with the whisk. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and pizza seasoning. I always take 3 pinches of each spice, but everyone has a different taste here.
  4. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan if you like.
