Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente as usual.
  2. Dice ham and fry in olive oil, add diced onion and fry with it. Deglaze with cream and sour cream and let simmer. Then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and crushed garlic clove.
