Instructions

  1. This recipe arose out of need and great hunger. I just put a few ingredients together and the result is a delicious pasta sauce.
  2. Cut the onion and tomato into small cubes, peel the garlic and cut the cloves once each so that their aroma can develop. They will be removed from the sauce later.
  3. Let the oil get hot in the pan, briefly sauté the onions and garlic until translucent, add the tomatoes and let them soften. Add the tomatoes and put the stove on low (2 out of 6 for me). Grate / grate the feta and parmesan cheese and add to the sauce, let the cream cheese cube melt in the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano and Maggi. Simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes.
  4. Cook the pasta until done. Pluck the basil leaves, chop them roughly and add to the sauce. Remove the garlic pieces if you like. Season again to taste.
  5. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Stir and arrange on the plate with grated Parmesan and a few basil leaves.
