Peel the carrots and onions. Finely dice together with the paprika. Heat some olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté onions, add peppers and carrots and fry briefly. Add the strained tomatoes and about 150 ml of water and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. After ten minutes add the corn. Season with salt and pepper.
In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
At the end of the cooking time add the cream and strain with the hand blender. It is best not to pass it completely, so that there are still pieces left over.
