- Cut the selected vegetables into small pieces, ideally in cubes, and set aside.
- Chop the onions and garlic and fry them, add the vegetables and then deglaze with the red wine. Add the tomato paste and other liquids and simmer.
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Season the sauce with spices and serve with the pasta and, if you like, with cheese.
- Note: I never really commit myself to the ingredients for this recipe. It`s more of a leftover meal.
- The basic substance consists of onions, garlic, red wine, tomato paste and cream / milk. I always have some of them at home.
