Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente. Cut the leek into rings, dice the carrots. Fry the minced meat in a pan. Add the vegetables to the minced meat, pour in the stock and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta and minced meat mixture and pour into a flat baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
