Instructions

  1. Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Clean fresh mushrooms and cut into thick slices or drain the mushrooms from the tin. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite. Add the broccoli about 4 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon in it until crispy, then remove it and let it drain on kitchen paper. Fry the mushrooms in the bacon fat. Deglaze with wine and cream and bring to the boil. Wash and pluck the marjoram and chop except for something to garnish. Stir the processed cheese into the sauce, let it melt and season the sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Drain the pasta and broccoli and add to the sauce. Roughly crumble the bacon and sprinkle over it. Mix everything well and serve garnished with the remaining marjoram.
