Cook the pasta in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until al dente, drain and let cool.
Meanwhile, cut the sausage and pickles into small pieces. Drain the liquid from the can of the pea and carrot vegetables, if necessary cut the carrots into small pieces.
When the pasta has cooled, put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix. Then add the mayonnaise and the vinegar, season to taste and add salt (to taste - but be careful not to add too much as you have already used vinegar) and pepper.
For a healthier option, you can use turkey sausage.
