Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain it and pour some oil over it so that it doesn`t stick together when it cools.
  2. Dice the cheese, ham and cucumber and mix with the pasta. Attention: Wait until the pasta has cooled down a bit, otherwise the cheese will melt.
  3. For the sauce with the sour cream, add the liquid from the pickle jar, vinegar and oil and stir. Now add plenty of paprika powder until the sauce looks a bit pink. Now season to taste with a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. If you like, you can add chopped chives and / or hard-boiled chopped egg over the pasta salad before serving.
  5. The pasta salad can be eaten immediately, but it doesn`t hurt to rest in the refrigerator for a few hours, then the sauce will absorb. Everything is very quick and easy. The pasta salad is very tasty and tastes (almost) everyone. The recipe is enough for 4 people as a main course, but is also great for grilling or buffets.
