Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Mix the dressing with the balsamic vinegar, oil, honey, the garlic (cut very finely), salt, pepper and the chilli.
  3. Mix the drained, still warm pasta with half of the dressing and some (approx. 2 teaspoons) of the parmesan.
  4. Core the tomatoes, cut into small cubes and fold into the cooled pasta. Clean the rocket, remove the stalks and cut small ones.
  5. Slice or roughly grate the parmesan. Just before serving, fold in the rest of the dressing, rocket and parmesan.
