Instructions
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Mix the dressing with the balsamic vinegar, oil, honey, the garlic (cut very finely), salt, pepper and the chilli.
- Mix the drained, still warm pasta with half of the dressing and some (approx. 2 teaspoons) of the parmesan.
- Core the tomatoes, cut into small cubes and fold into the cooled pasta. Clean the rocket, remove the stalks and cut small ones.
- Slice or roughly grate the parmesan. Just before serving, fold in the rest of the dressing, rocket and parmesan.
