Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into bite-sized cubes. Dice the smoked bacon. Dice or press the garlic very finely. Dice cheese. Cut the chives into rolls.
  3. Put everything in the salad bowl. Add sour cream, natural yoghurt and olive oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs. Mix well.
  4. You can eat it right away or let it steep.
