Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Cut or dice broccoli and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add the oil to the pan and fry the broccoli and paprika until al dente. Cut the spring onions into rings, squeeze the garlic and add these ingredients to the pan with the finely chopped thyme and ham, sauté briefly and season with salt.
  3. Put everything in a bowl and mix in the pasta, finely chopped parsley, basil leaves, mascarpone and nuts. Season with salt and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with red pepper.
  4. Instead of the chopped hazelnuts, you can also use roasted pine nuts.
