Boil and chill the noodle. Chop all the ingredients as small as you like them, put them in a bowl, mix them with the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper (it has to taste a little salty - it will soak in) and fold in the pasta. I always add some of the pineapple juice and, if necessary, some of the cucumber liquid.
The salad should stand in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, and season again to taste before serving.
