Instructions

  1. It is best to prepare this pasta salad the day before and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight. But it also tastes freshly prepared.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet, drain and allow to cool. At the same time, boil the eggs hard and let them cool down as well.
  3. Wash the peppers and cut into fine cubes. Dice the piece of Gouda too. Cut about 10 small gherkins into slices. When the eggs are cold they can be peeled and cut into pieces.
  4. Put the cooled noodles in a large bowl and mix with the above ingredients.
  5. In another container, mix the Miracel Whip with the honey, ketchup, mustard and cucumber liquid from the gherkin jar. Then add the spices and season to taste.
  6. Add the dressing to the pasta mixture and stir well.
