Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain. Wash the cucumber, quarter lengthways and cut into small slices. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the stem and the inside of the tomato and cut into small pieces. Also cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Put everything in a large bowl and mix. Sear the chicken breast in a pan until crispy, take it out of the pan and season with salt, pepper and a little sweet paprika powder. Let cool and cut into thin strips. Add to the remaining ingredients and set aside. For the salad dressing, cut the parsley into small pieces, cut the garlic and onions into small cubes and mix well with the salt, sugar, mustard, white balsamic vinegar, water and olive oil. Pour over the pasta mixture and let it steep.
