teaspoon mustard (Dijon mustard), slightly hot

tablespoon tomato ketchup

tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white

tablespoon oil, (rapeseed oil)

tablespoon mayonnaise, homemade

egg (s), (M) fresh, hard-boiled, diced

slices ham, cooked, thin strips
salt
Pepper from the grinder
Cayenne pepper

pinch (s) sugar

Instructions
Mix the pasta with the corn, ham, eggs and cucumber, add the cucumber water, the ketchup, mustard, the spices, vinegar and oil and stir well together. Then add the mayonnaise, mix well again and ideally let it steep for half a day.
If necessary, season again.
