Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water, then drain. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Do not dice the breakfast bacon too finely and let it out slowly in a pan. Finely dice the cleaned peppers, peeled cucumber and peeled onion and fold into the pasta together with the drained corn. Mix the red wine vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, then add the oil drop by drop. Fold the sauce into the salad. Take the bacon crackers out of the pan and let them degrease on a thick layer of kitchen paper. Serve the salad sprinkled with bacon and parsley.
  2. TIP: If you want to prepare the salad and serve it later, fry the bacon just before serving. It`s only crispy while it`s still warm. But you can also do without the bacon and replace it with raw ham.
