Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water with a little olive oil until al dente and then drain.
  2. In the meantime, pour the juice from a can of mandarins into a salad bowl and mix with the curry powder, the mango chutney (cut a little if necessary) and the Miracel Whip. Drain the other can of mandarins and cut all the mandarins into small pieces and add to the sauce. Drain the corn and add it as well. Now clean the peppers (you can of course also use green or yellow peppers) and cut into small cubes, then add to the sauce and season everything with a little pepper. Finally stir in the cooked noodles.
  3. If you want, you can add diced boiled ham to the salad.
  4. Goes well with meatballs or for grilling.
