Finely dice the onion and sauté in the butter, season with salt and pepper, then pour 1 tablespoon of sugar over the onion and let the sugar caramelize. Take out of the pan and let cool down.
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Clean the rocket and tear or cut into small pieces. Chop or press the garlic cloves.
