Instructions

  1. Cook the smoked pork in boiling water for about 45 minutes. Take out, drain and let cool.
  2. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until they are firm to the bite. Add the peas and cook 2-3 times. Drain both, quench, drain and let cool.
  3. Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes. Drain, quench and let cool. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into fine strips. Cut the Gouda and Kasseler into cubes. Peel and cut the eggs into eighths. Mix the salad cream, yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth. Season to taste with cayenne pepper and salt. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and sauce. Let the salad steep for at least 2 hours. Season again to taste and garnish with parsley if necessary.
