Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water, drain well and allow to cool.
Drain the tangerines (save the juice) and tuna. Miracel Whip, the juice from a can of mandarins, vinegar and cream (possibly not all, the sauce should not become too runny) in a bowl and stir with a whisk. Season to taste with pepper, sugar and salt. First carefully fold the tuna and tangerines into the sauce and finally the noodles.
