Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and boiled eggs into small cubes.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the finely diced onion, eggs, mustard and spices. Fry in a little oil in a pan. Mash something with a spatula again and again, but not as fine as with a Bolognese, but in such a way that small pieces form, about the size of a thick olive.
  3. At the same time, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions, drain and mix in a bowl with the freshly roasted minced meat. Add tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, Miracel Whip and some of the cucumber broth. Mix everything well and season to taste. I like to add a few more spritzes of Maggi, that`s a matter of taste, and maybe a little vinegar, that depends on the cucumber broth.
  4. The salad tastes best when eaten straight away or on the same day without being in the refrigerator beforehand. Even though there is meat in it, it also goes great with grilled food. Everyone who has eaten it at my place now makes it regularly.
