Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Rinse under running water.
Bring the peas to the boil briefly in a little salted water, drain and leave to cool. Mix the mayonnaise with the milk. Wash the herbs thoroughly, drain and chop them and add to the mayonnaise. Season the mayonnaise with salt, pepper and vinegar.
Mix the pasta and peas with the herb mayonnaise. Let it steep and season again before serving.
