Cook the spiral noodles in salted water as usual, drain and set aside to cool.
Boil the egg too. (Tip: cook together with the pasta, this saves energy).
Catch the juice from the pineapple can.
Mix the mayonnaise or sour cream with the vinegar, ketchup, pineapple juice and the spices into a marinade. Fold in the pineapple pieces, drained peas with carrots, the cooked ham cut into small pieces and the cooled pasta. Let it steep for at least 1 hour and season again if necessary.
