Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Quarter the cocktail tomatoes and dice the dried tomatoes. Chop or press the garlic and add everything to the pasta. Mix with balsamic vinegar, plenty of olive oil, oregano and 2 teaspoons of salt and let it steep, preferably overnight.
Before serving, mix with the coarsely grated Parmesan, tomato paste, pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seeds, add salt if necessary and season to taste
Please do not take the quantities for balsamic vinegar and oil too precisely. You take as much of each as you like.
