Boil the pasta in lightly salted water, drain and allow to cool well. Add the salad mayonnaise and carefully stir in.
Clean and wash the radishes. Clean and wash the spring onions - only the onions are used. Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut the radishes and spring onions into thin slices. Cut the apples and the pickles into small pieces or thin slices.
Add everything to the pasta and mix together. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well again.
Chill until serving. Keep leftovers tightly closed in the refrigerator until the next day.
