Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and rinse with cold water. Drain the tomatoes in a sieve (collect the oil), cut into small pieces and fry briefly in the pan. Then briefly toast the pine nuts. Wash the rocket and cut into small pieces.
Finally, mix everything together, pour some of the tomato oil over it, then grate fresh Parmesan cheese over it and fold in. Then add salt, pepper, chilli and garlic to taste. Tastes fresh as well as prepared!
