- Cut the spring onions into fine rolls and finely chop the garlic clove. Cook the pasta until al dente, strain and allow to cool.
- Pick the rocket, sauté lightly in a little butter and let cool.
- Mix the pasta, tomatoes, rocket, spring onions and pine nuts.
- Make a dressing from the oil, garlic, chilli, oregano and salt / pepper and mix with the salad.
