Do not cook croissant noodles too soft for approx. 12 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain in the sieve.
Cut the salami into thin strips, dice the cheese, wash, clean and dice the paprika. Peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
Mix the yoghurt, cream and spices into a sauce and mix into the salad. Let it infuse for 30 minutes.
