Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the tomatoes - collect the oil - dice.
  2. Cut the zucchini and onions into small cubes.
  3. Heat the tomato oil and sauté the onion in it. Add the zucchini and sauté briefly. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil and remove from the plate. Immediately add the pasta and diced tomatoes.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar. Finally, mix in the finely chopped basil and roasted sunflower seeds.
  5. Let it steep for at least 2 hours.
