Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the vegetable platter and tangerines (if necessary also the tuna, but catch the oil and add to the mayonnaise later). Cut the ham into cubes.
Mix the pasta with the vegetables, tangerines and ham or tuna (chopped up). Fold in the mayonnaise with the oil or, for the light version, just fold in the light salad sauce and season with salt and pepper. If you want, you can also add the tangerine juice, which is also very tasty.
