Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and drain. Core, wash and dice the bell pepper. Cut the spring onions into rings. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes and dice the gherkins.
Mix the tartar sauce with the yogurt and the cucumber stock in a bowl. Add the dill and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
Mix the prepared vegetables with the cooled noodles. Stir in the dressing about 15 minutes before serving.
