Instructions

  1. Make a marinade from vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, Tabasco and some garlic powder. Slice the onion into fine rings and let it steep in the marinade for 1 hour.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta, cool it down and let it cool down. Cut the cabanossi into thin slices and quarter. Cut the cucumber into 0.5 cm thick slices and quarter them. Quarter and core the tomatoes and cut into strips.
  3. Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Tastes best when it has pulled through for a day. Great in summer for barbecuing or on the go on an excursion.
