Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Divide the broccoli into florets, wash and cook in salted boiling water for 4 minutes, then quench with ice water and drain well. Pre-cook the pasta in the boiling water until al dente.
  2. Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces. Fry lightly in melted butter. Remove from the pan, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, set aside.
  3. Deglaze the cooking residues with white wine and stock. Dissolve the crab paste in it. Let everything simmer a little. Reduce the temperature to the lowest level, add the crème fraîche to the sauce, stir well, remove from the fireplace. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease the baking dish with butter. Put the pasta, broccoli, shrimp and salmon in the pan and mix together a little. Pour the sauce over them. Baked in the oven for about 10 minutes.
