Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chopped onion in it. Add the sage leaves and fry until crispy. About half the time, add the sliced garlic and the hot peppers, cut into rings. Cut the tomatoes into strips and fry them. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the cheese into cubes and briefly add to the pan so that the edges melt a little. Stir three times. Add pasta, stir well and serve immediately.
