Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions in it. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add at least half a tube of tomato paste and mix. Let the mixture roast nicely and then deglaze with the condensed milk. Carefully bring to the boil once so that the roasted food comes off the bottom of the pot, season to taste and stir in parsley.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. We always have cucumber salad with it.
  4. This recipe has accompanied me all my childhood and my husband and little daughter really enjoy eating it too. Admittedly, the thought of condensed milk is a bit off-putting at first, but it tastes really good and goes super fast.
