- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the anchovies with the sliced garlic. Also cook the pine nuts and sultanas briefly.
- Crumble the white bread, toast it lightly in another pan without fat.
- Mix the spaghetti with the anchovies and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
- If you like, you can add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste (with 2 tablespoons of hot water) to the sauce, then it will be fruity!
