Peel and chop the onion and fry in a saucepan with hot fat. Add the pasta and vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and simmer on medium heat for approx. 5 minutes. Now add the chopped spring onions, 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of herbal processed cheese and mix well. Simmer for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
