Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions until al dente.
Halve the avocados in half, remove the stone, remove the pulp with a tablespoon and cut it into cubes. Fry the ham / bacon and add all of the fat to the pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper. I like to add a little chili powder, it goes well with the avocado. Finally fold in the avocado cubes and serve.
